Step 1 (Only required one time) - Associate your school with your user account (first time registrations only).
Each school you register must first be associated with your user account. If you have previously registered a school for a tournament on this web site then the school is already associated with your account. If not, then you will need to associate it by clicking on the 'School Associations' link in the yellow bar above after logging in.
Step 2 - Create a tournament registration entry for each group/school that will be participating in the tournament.
To create a tournament entry, click on the register link next to a tournament
that is still in the registration period, select a group and click the Register for Tournament button.
Step 3 - Add archers to your tournament roster.
Select the 'Roster' link on the left side of the registration page, then click the 'Edit Roster' tab, select the division, and click the 'Add Participant' button. If this archer has been previously registered for a tournament on this site, you will be able to select them from the archer history list. If this is a new archer, click the
Step 4 - (Optional) Continue building your tournament roster until it is complete
Click the Edit Tournament Roster tab to add, remove, or change divisions for tournament participants.
Step 5 - Pay the balance due amount (if any) for the school group(s) participating in the tournament.
Click the Payment/Invoice link to pay
the balance due for the group. You will not be allowed to enter scores
until the balance for the group has been paid or an invoice payment agreement created.
Step 6 - Enter Scores
This step is not available until after the tournament start date and is available until the scores due date. Click the Enter Scores tab to enter scores for the school group.
Notice: you must enter scores for all participants on the tournament roster. You will need to remove any archers from the tournament roster that did not participate before entering scores.
Step 7 (optional) - Print Participation Certificates
Click on the View Results/Awards tab to print any participation certificates that may be available. These will only be available after scores have been entered.
Step 8 - View Results
Results will not be posted until after the Scores Finalized date. Click on the View Results/Awards tab to view results.
